New Hire Benefits - US

Conduent offers a comprehensive, competitive benefit package that reflects the value of employees’ contributions to the company. Medical, dental and vision benefits protect your health and your financial security in case of illness or injury. Life, accident and disability benefits provide an income for your family in case of loss of life or limb, or in case of disability. Our Savings Plan helps you save for your future financial security. Other benefits target specific needs you may have.


Conduent offers a choice between the following medical plan options for eligible employees, including:

  • Classic PPO Plan
  • Consumer Choice — 2 High Deductible Health Plans to choose from
  • Limited Coverage Plan

If your spouse/domestic partner is offered medical coverage through another employer, regardless of whether they enroll in coverage, he/she will not be eligible for coverage under the Conduent medical plans.

Conduent offers two dental PPO options. In some locations, you will also have access to a DMO option.


You may choose coverage in the Vision Plan, provided through Vision Service Plan (VSP). The VSP network includes thousands of eye doctors nationwide.

Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)

When you enroll in one of the Consumer Choice plans, you may be eligible to open a Health Savings Account (HSA) to help offset out-of-pocket expenses including your deductible and coinsurance. You may choose to contribute to save for current or future health care expenses on a tax-free basis.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account
Your Health Care Flexible Spending Account can be used to pay eligible out-of-pocket medical, prescription, dental and vision care expenses for you and your qualified family members.

Dependent (Day) Care Flexible Spending Account
You can use the money to reimburse yourself for eligible dependent day care or elder care expenses (not expenses incurred for health care services), on a tax-free basis.

Life and AD&D

Conduent offers a variety of life insurance options to protect your family’s financial future. The company provides basic life insurance at no cost to you.. You may purchase additional life, as well as AD&D insurance, for yourself, your spouse/ domestic partner and/or children.


If you’re unable to work due to a sickness or injury, disability insurance can help you maintain your standard of living — helping you pay your health insurance premiums and other expenses. Conduent offers both short-term disability (STD) coverage and long-term disability (LTD) coverage, which are designed to work together to provide continuous income replacement.

Supplemental Benefits

Conduent offers you the opportunity to purchase the following additional supplemental benefits at group rates:

401(k) Savings Plan

You can save from 1% to 75% of your pay, up to IRS limits, on a pre-tax basis, after-tax (Roth) basis or any combination of pre-tax and Roth contributions.You choose how to invest your contributions among several investment funds.

In addition to ongoing in-house training and development programs, you will have access to over 2,000 online IT and business courses, as well as online preparation for over 30 major certification programs.

Discount Services
