Job Description

  • Prepare and process daily Retail wire transfer.
  • Reconcile daily Retailer transactions.
  • Research and resolve any Retailer variance activity.
  • Maintain updated store adjustment logs for all agencies.
  • Daily reconciliation of collection and violation payments.
  • Daily reconciliation of Lockbox activity.
  • Reconcile the client agency bank account daily;
  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of cash, check, credit card and ACH payment processing
  • Interface with representatives from the client, bank, and credit card processor;
  • Prepare/review monthly credit card fee and NSF check reports;
  • Maintain daily deposit documentation;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting package for client;
  • Identify and follow up on payment discrepancies;
  • Prioritize workload and meet weekly and monthly deadlines;
  • Provide team support when additional coverage is needed.
