Job Description

  • Person can work in Dallas, TX or Lexington, KY
  • Reviews, drafts and negotiates a broad range of commercial contracts, change orders, and amendments of various sizes and complexity.
  • Produces contracts by understanding requirements; assembling standard language; inputting and editing information; obtaining approvals and signatures.
  • Comfortable in redlining all types of agreements from clients.
  • Secures contracts by loading into contract management system and identifying applicable meta data.
  • Gatekeeps client RFP process by compiling SME reviews along with redlining documents.
  • Ensures that contracts are compliant with legal, regulatory and organization policies.
  • Acts as "first chair" for Contracts in negotiations.
  • Mentors more junior contract managers to assist career development.
  • Negotiates complex deals, with the assistance of legal, confidently.
  • 5 years of Contracts Management experience.
