Job Description


  • Follows established workflows to pursue health plan reimbursement in workman's compensation cases
  • Seeks reimbursement from healthcare providers and/or ensures payment of claims by appropriate insurance carrier
  • Negotiates settlement of medical claims with third parties or healthcare providers
  • Documents and processes incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence.
  • Provides documentation of paid medical claims to attorneys and workman's compensation carriers
  • Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical skills and decision-making ability
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Phone experience preferred
  • Previous workman’s compensation experience preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
