Improve the value of the Midas Solution Suite for our client sites by providing assistance and guidance in the daily functional use of our products.
Identify and resolve site specific issues hindering effective use of the software
Provide on-site/remote support to clients with regard to functional system use and reporting.
Assist clients in gaining resolution to issues related to system functionality and usage
- Conduct trouble-shooting activities and provide client instruction as needed and requested.
- Provide assistance to clients with reporting and System Management challenges.
- Provide interim System Management support
- Create and host routine educational WebEx’s for clients.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Midas Solutions with an emphasis on System Management.
- Skilled, literate, and adaptable to personal computers and software in a networked environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to establish effective, professional working relationships with clients and co-workers.
Organizational and time management skills.
WHAT u Need to WIN
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study is preferred
Midas Certified System Manager Certification is required or attained within 1 year of hire
Minimum of 2 years hands-on exp with Midas Care Management, Seeker, Statit, or DataVision
Proficiency in System Management and reporting. (relevant examples of work)
Strong professional communication skills
