• Coordinates, executes and reviews communications deliverables following the defined work flow guidelines for client specific communications deliverables.
• Reviews test output for accuracy, works through defects with technology partners.
• Provides extensive deliverables support during Annual Enrollment including managing multiple rounds of edits/review submission.
• Maintains inventory and coordinate (re)ordering requests with various internal and external print vendors.
Drafting and maintaining employee benefits related letters, statements, and emails for various clients based on plan rules and communications style requirements.
Proofing content as it is developed and migrated to production.
Managing the content development for a large volume annual enrollment project each calendar year, in addition to the day to day workload.
Supporting physical document coordination with print vendor – monitoring amounts on hand and reordering as needed.
Must be detail oriented, flexible, and have the ability to multitask.
Must be able to lead meetings.
College degree required.
Excellent communication skills required.
Must have 5 years of previous experience in a similar field, or content development, or call center management.
Experience working in Learning and Development.
