Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead our EMEA Talent Acquisition team in the Netherlands, Germany, Turkey and Greece and be based from one of these countries.


Leadership Functions:

  • Lead a team and monitor the day-to-day recruiting activities to ensure performance goals and objectives are met
  • Monitor and ensure that the local teams are utilizing the best possible marketing strategies for candidate attraction
  • Manage the recruiting resources and functions including sourcing, recruiting, and candidate experience aligned to our Professional roles
  • Responsible for performance management and career development of the team
  • Ensure that all data analytics are delivered in real time
  • Responsible for requisition management to include quality control as it relates to job descriptions and maintaining the integrity of roles being created and posted
  • Establish regular communications with the country TA teams, such as 1:1 and team meetings with established agendas
  • Participate and prepare in advance for business meetings
  • Work closely with the Country Leads and HR Business Partners as it relates to country labor laws or work council requirements, etc.
  • Lead the team to develop and execute a recruiting strategy, recruitment marketing plans, and ensure utilization of recruitment technologies such as the ATS, CRM, LinkedIn and other recruiting tools as provided.
  • Assist in driving TA Enterprise innovation and process improvements

Build Relationships:

  • Partner with the business and support functions in order to ensure proper planning and execution of recruitment strategies
  • Ability to recognize potential escalations prior to becoming an escalation and work closely with the TA Director, EMEA to solution potential problems.
  • Lead team meetings with the business when applicable
  • Works with recruiters and hiring leaders to foster relationships and build trust
  • Build collaborative partnerships across HR and other functional areas that support the recruitment process and the business teams

Functional/Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office to include excel
  • Must have experience of using applicant tracking systems/candidate relationship management sytems
  • Ability to work with data and metrics to influence decisions and drive results
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and work councils in countries aligned to the EMEA region
  • Strong track record of working for a global organization in a regional TA leadership role
