Description
Inbound Sales and Service RepresentativeFor a project in Almere (near Amsterdam) we are looking for multilingual colleagues: English and (near) native Norwegian, Swedish, Danish speakers. You will work for an international operating, client of Conduent: Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

As an Inbound Sales & Service Representative, you are responsible for handling incoming pre- and post-reservations inquiries for Royal Caribbean International by phone calls or emails plus a range or Back Office activities. As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will be working in different shifts and will be responsible for handling pre- and post-reservations inquiries. You are able to detect sales leads and make the final booking. Next to that you stimulate up-selling, cross-selling and customer loyalty. Most of the time you are the first point of contact for customers calling with our contact center. You provide service to our guests and/or Travel Partners and try to exceed their expectations during each call.

Do you have what it takes?For this job, we need multilingual people who are looking for a job for a minimum of 6 months.

  • You have a very good command of the Norwegian, Swedish or Danish language (multiple languages desired near native, written and spoken);
  • You are also fluent in English, Dutch is not required;
  • You are able to work between 28 and 40 hours a week;
  • You can relate to customers and you can use key sales techniques to realize sales results;
  • You have excellent commercial and communicative skills;
  • Providing a high level of customer service;
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and typing 25 words a minute;
  • For this vacancy you need a work permit and/or VISA Status for a minimum of one year;
Preferably you have experience in working at a call center and/or in a travel related industry. Especially experience at a customer service/ sales department or back office environment of a travel agency, tour operator or airline would be a great advantage.

More information about this vacancyWe offer an informal and friendly work environment in Almere (a city very close to Amsterdam) and in addition we offer the following:

  • € 13,- per hour (gross) + langauge addendum for additional Scandinavian languages
  • Travel: expenses will be reimbursed where leaving 10 km or more away from the office
  • Flexibility: 8 paid hour’s daily working shift plus 1 hour breaks from Monday till Friday. Note: during the months of January, February (and March) Saturdays will be also a working day)
To prepare you for the job we will offer an extensive paid training which will take place from Monday to Friday during office hours for 5 weeks. Due to training and coaching is fulltime availability during the first 7 weeks required.
