Conduent Business Services - Austin, TX
Responsible for reviewing disputes initiated by cardholders
Performs chargebacks of disputed transactions in Mastercard/Visa platforms
Makes decisions on cardholder dispute claims to determine the nature of the dispute
•Review dispute claims filed by cardholders
•Track daily tasks and maintain reports
•Maintain all internal SLAs
•Ensure compliance with federal regulations as well as network requirements
•Perform chargebacks for disputed transactions
•Exercise sound judgment on disputed transactions, including high-dollar claims
•Navigate Mastercard Connect in order to accurately perform chargebacks
•Other duties as assigned
•1-2 years’ experience in chargeback representation, risk management, dispute resolution, or law enforcement
•One year of experience in the Retail Banking, Payment Processing, or acquirer/merchant fraud prevention
•Knowledge of card processing, chargeback representation, or dispute resolution
•Experience utilizing Mastercom/Visa Resolve Online a plus
•Excellent organizational, research, and problem-solving skills
•Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
