Title:End User Compute Support Administrator

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Local IT Support person to provide technical assistance to our internal customers. You will help install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.

If you’re tech-savvy and enjoy supporting end users, we’d like to meet you. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions and be able to translate into less technical terms when needed.

Ultimately, you will ensure prompt and accurate customer service and increase client satisfaction.



Responsibilities:

·


Support Local IT environment with 200+ resources.

·


Maintain Local IT Infrastructure (Network, Phones, Laptops, and Servers)

·


Ensure site connectivity local and remote



Requirements:

·


At least 5+ years of experience supporting end users providing technical assistance and resolving technical issues for Windows operating systems in an IT support organization

·


Hands-on experience with Windows environments, Linux/Mac OS a plus.

·


Previous experience working out of a ticketing system to handle break/fix issues.

·


Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners

·


Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs

·


Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

·


Customer-oriented attitude

·


Experience in diagnosing complex technical issues

·


Experience in trouble shooting network, server and operating systems

·


Identifies problems in straightforward situations, and makes sound decisions using standard procedures

·


Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision

·


Required but preferable to have PCI/DSS environment experience

·


Knowledge on Telephony system as the site is a call center to be able to support them.
