Account Executive – General

Seasoned leader required to effectively manage and direct day to day operations of large scale complex account.
Functionally manages customer relations, contract compliance and management, finances and budget, human relations and communication.

Detailed functions include:

Assure compliance with contractual standards, Company policy, State and Federal laws and regulations maintaining and monitoring staffing levels

Meet Profit and Loss targets monthly, quarterly, annually

Maintain positive customer relationships among government civil servants and political appointees

Manage multiple sub-contractors

Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long-range goals and objectives

Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities for new business and expansion of existing business

Manages potential risk and issues, minimizes and manages vulnerabilities and executes contingency/correction plans

Directs and coordinates activities of account functions or business operations for which responsibility is delegated to further attainment of goals and objectives

Manages using long-term view and builds a shared vision with others, acts a catalyst of organization change. Influences others, translates vision into action

Reviews analysis of activities, cost, operations, and forecast date to determine business progress toward stated goals and objectives

Selects, develops, motivates, and deploys staff of highly competent managerial and professional employees to effectively support the functions of the business operation

All other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

Minimum 10-15 years of senior level operations/technical management experience

Minimum 4 years senior-level management experience in operating Federally-funded state or county human services programs

Minimum 4 years senior-level accountability for   P&L management

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
