The Management Support Analyst will play a role in helping leadership of the Service Delivery and Operations Excellence division within Government Sector achieve the organization’s goals.
The Analyst’s focus will be to perform, analyze, and provide operational and administrative support to the team, with the capabilities to proactively identify operation process improvements, coordinate projects across multiple functional areas, and see initiatives through to completion.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Government Service Delivery team in their collaborative efforts with CTS/ITS to enhance the client experience and assist with digital interaction, standardize processes across the group, minimize risk, improve the client relationship, meet Transformation deliverables, and manage the Business Continuity program.
Provide general operational support to execute strategy by using the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude special project initiatives.
Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports on deliverables and timelines in support of process improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation of process flows, organizational material, and standard operating procedures; distribute internal communications on these processes to ensure understanding and compliance.
Participate in the planning, development, implementation and support of operational activities.
Act as a liaison to staff by researching and helping to resolve issues related to functional processes across various corporate departments (i.e. Accounts Payable, Procurement, Human Resources, Travel and Expense).
Perform routine assignments and contribute administrative support to senior management to ensure optimal operational performance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; significant knowledge of database and SharePoint functionality.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively (setting clear goals, identifying roadblocks, designing solutions, and tracking progress against deadlines).
Strong organizational skills including the ability to plan, direct, organize, prioritize, and control business operations.
Ability to work independently with only general management direction.
Able to multi-task and remain calm in a busy and stressful environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, external partners and vendors.
Strong analytical ability, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to sound, ethical, moral and legal business standards and practices; maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Adaptable to changing requirements dictated by industry and the team environment.
Experience in payment processing industry environment a plus.
- Minimum 2-year degree required, or equivalent business work experience.
