•Responsible for the effective usage of client resources. Provides operational support through efficient scheduling and workforce deployment. Monitors queues, forecast & schedule staffing, plan seating capacity for shifts on daily basis & dialer planning. Tracks and reports on operational performance & business metrics.
•Managing, coaching and developing a team of WFM employees. Ensure employee job satisfaction, WFM business partners satisfaction, high, on time and qualitative production, output and service to the Operation and or other positions within WFM who receive the output/service of the team of WFM employees.
•The WFM Supervisor performs various activities in close consultation and collaboration with other members of the local, shared production center and/or global WFM team and mainly with his reports (directing) and manager (reporting).
•Contributes to departmental business plans and priorities by applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety issues
•Sets priorities for team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors
•Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills
•Typically a graduate, although may have progressed into the role via equivalent business experience that provide knowledge and exposure to fundamental, theories, principles, and concepts
•Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager
•Responsible for job performance and general development of each team member;
•Establishing what capabilities are required and in how far individual team members have the potential to fulfil these requirements;
•Monitoring performance on the work activities of individual team members both quali-tatively and quantitatively;
•Periodically reviewing personal development by means of mutual discussion and re-cording of personal development;
•Coaching/motivating team members to enable them to fulfil requirements made both qualitatively and quantitatively;
•Chasing team members about their mandatory training and tests progress;
•Having regular team meetings and/or organising team building/development activities;
•Taking care of HR/Recruitment processes for the team together with HR/Recruitment;
•(Support in) developing, optimising and assure structured approach of all the pro-cesses and standard operational procedures the structure, systems, instruments and procedures in relation to the area of responsibility of the team;
•Managing expectations of internal customer;
•Increasing satisfaction level of internal customer;
•Performs all other duties as assigned.
