•Responsible for client solution design.

•Each role plays a part in ensuring that the overall solution that is designed and sold to the client (including the different technical or service components) meet the client requirements and are deliverable.


The Director Client Solution Development Digital Processing directly supports the Industry Business Group sales and internal organizations to enable new business signings of Conduent’s OmniChannel offering portfolio. The Director Client Solution Development has advanced level of technical and operational understanding of digital processing technologies and services as it relates to inbound scanning & digitization services. The Director Client Solution Development is expected to be a subject matter expert of Conduent’s OmniChannel Digital Processing offering, works cross-functionally with multiple internal organizations, and is able to support multiple sales cycles simultaneously. Travel and face-to-face client engagement is expected supporting sales opportunities and engagements.

The Director Client Solution Development Digital Processing is directly responsible for providing subject matter support for:

•Overall solution design
•Development of cost inputs to the financial model
•Financial modeling support
•Interfacing with potential customers to present technical capabilities, solution proposals and supporting technology demonstrations
•Provide technical writing and content support for RFP/RFI/RFQ engagements.

Works cross-functionally with internal partners to develop solution, cost model, and technical content as required.


•Recognized as an expert within the organization, both within and beyond own function

•Contributes to the development of strategy

•Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges / regulatory issues

•Recommend process, product or service improvements

•Decisions are guided by  functional strategies and priorities

•May include international accountability; and may include some global scope/accountability

•Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements


•Deep understanding of Conduent’s Digital Processing and OmniChannel capabilities

•Possesses highly technical skills and understanding of digital processing technologies and business processes as it relates to large scale scanning, imaging, and digital mailroom services.

•Understands and is aware of current digital processing technologies, services, and direction for key industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, and Insurance.

•Understand and is aware of all Conduent’s offerings and articulate how the OmniChannel Digital

•Processing offerings can integrate and provide value extended value in the service chain.

•Strong C-level communication and presentation skills

•Ability to understand and articulate our OmniChannel and Digital Processing offerings as it relates to the client’s business problem(s)

•Ability to demonstrate our OmniChannel and Digital Processing services and platform technologies

•Ability work independently and professionally with peers in the client’s organization

•Able to effectively manage long sales engagement cycles

Required Skills

•University Undergraduate Degree in IT or Business related major

•Tenured professional with five years minimum in a technical selling or sales support role in the digital processing services space, software, or selling and supporting business process services

•A proven track record in managing large complex services-led outsourcing engagements (likely background in BPS marketplace or Systems Integrator)

•Demonstrated technical knowledge and understanding of the digital processing and services space

•High-volume transactional communications experience is desirable

•Experience with Cloud or PaaS solutions

• Willingness and availability to travel up to 50%
