The Operations Mail Associate is responsible for performing tasks and completing projects in the following operations functional areas, including but not limited to, imaging, mail center, and scanning.
Two (2) or more years of work experience in a mail center and/or electronic imaging environment
2. Two (2) or more years of computer experience
1. Prepare all incoming bills for scanning through use of training in doc prep guidelines
2. Process, distribute and manage incoming and outgoing mail as well as overnight couriers
3. Use proprietary software to lookup, locate and process faxes and mail appropriately
1. Maintain a minimum of 2,000 bills scanned per day
2. Preparation of documents is completed thoroughly and accurately
3. Appropriate bills are scanned according to the correct claim or file location
1. Minimum Doc Prep processing standards:
a. 90 or more items per hour with 97% accuracy within (90) days of hire
b. 120 or more items per hour with 98% within (6) months of hire
c. 150 or more items per hour with 99% accuracy within (9) months of hire
d. 188 or more items per hour with 99% accuracy within (1) year of hire
1. Support team members in accomplishing assigned tasks and reaching department goals
2. Support cross-training efforts to become knowledgeable in more than one assigned function
3. Work product is accurate, concise and completed in a timely and efficient manner
