The Director of Privacy Risk Solutions reports to Conduent’s leader for Digital Risk and AI Transformation solutions and directs the activities of this significant line of business within the solutions unit. With revenues in excess of $4B providing mission critical solutions and services across human resources, customer experience, healthcare, and business and customer transactions, Conduent enjoys strong positioning in the domains of data risk and compliance.  

This is a truly very unique growth opportunity for you to take your career to the next level and establish yourself as an executive leader, with responsibility for overall leadership and growth of the data privacy group, oversight of all solutions and product development, operations and delivery, and with the support of a publicly-traded organization with existing deep client relationships in the F500 across all industries, and the digital risk transformation group’s existing sales, technology, operations and delivery infrastructure.

The major responsibilities of this role include: 

  • Developing the overall strategy for growth and business development.
  • Overseeing the lifecycle of a portfolio of data privacy solutions.
  • Deciding on the feasibility of new businesses and investments being responsible for the results of the operations realized.
  • Building high-performing and highly-capable teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Thought leadership and market presence through industry conferences, publications, or other media channels
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a proven leader in the data privacy, data protection, or data risk space, with a track record of leading or substantially contributing to client and revenue growth, with a leading and well-recognized technology, services, or consulting organization. This individual will have progressed already from deep experience in project-specific consulting or advisory role, to gain exposure to broader executive leadership and/or general management responsibilities for the overall business. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 12 years’ progressively responsible experience in the data privacy, data protection, or related legal, risk, or compliance areas.
  • Experience and substantive understanding of emerging data privacy and protection regulations and trends such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.
  • CCPA or GDPR experience preferred
  • Experience with delivery of data privacy solutions to clients.
  • Experience with data privacy solutions strategy.
