The Senior Director of Legal, Compliance and Analytics Solutions reports to Conduent’s Global Head of Commercial Healthcare Soutions and directs the activities of this significant business unit. With revenues of around $100m, and a total organization of nearly 300, s/he is responsible for P&L, sales, operations performance, and product development, as well as client/customer experience.
Legal solutions include e-discovery suite of products. Compliance solutions include personal private information compliance domestically and in Europe and globally. Analytics solutions include a wide range of custom development including content moderation, invoice financial integrity, and contract analytics using our Via and ViewPoint software and services.
The major responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing the overall strategy for growth and business development.
- Overseeing the lifecycle of a portfolio of solutions.
- Deciding on the feasibility of new businesses and investments being responsible for the results of the operations realized.
- Building high-performing and highly-capable teams to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a track record of revenue growth as well as driving strategy and accountability.S/he will have substantial experience in one or more of the Legal solutions, Compliance solutions, or Analytics solutions spaces.
- Master's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 12 years’ progressively responsible experience in the legal, compliance or analytics solutions areas.
