Notre site proche de Valence (26) évolue depuis plus de 50 ans dans le domaine de la billettique des transports publics et se positionne aujourd'hui comme l'un des leaders de ce marché. Nous déployons des systèmes billettiques dans le monde entier (équipements et logiciels) pour les métros, bus, tramways, trains (vente, validation, contrôle) avec des évolutions et innovations liées à la mobilité, au paiement bancaire, à l’utilisation des nouvelles technologies.

Pour notre site de Rosny Sous Bois (93), nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e)

Responsable Equipe Télémaintenance et outils GMAO

Le/la Responsable de l'équipe Télémaintenance et outils GMAO encadre une équipe spécialisée dans la maintenance et aide à l'exploitation des systèmes billettiques. Il/Elle est garant du respect du SLA (Service Level Agreement) contractuel par son équipe. Cette dernière intervient également en renfort des équipes projets dans le cadre des déploiements ou de prestations ponctuelles.
Il/Elle est également garant de l'administration, du développement et de la maintenance des outils de Gestion de Maintenance utilisés dans l’entreprise. Il/Elle est le/la gardien(ne) des connaissances techniques et de l’expertise liée à à ces outils.

Missions principales:

  • Garantir la réalisation des contrats de télémaintenance dont il a la charge
  • Assurer le développement, l'administration et la maintenance des outils GMAO
  • Planifier et gérer les charges de l’équipe en adéquation avec les contrats.
  • Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de niveau de service.
  • Remonter les informations et les analyses techniques au BE.
  • Animer, coordonner et élaborer les formations et documents associés (interne et externe).
  • Participer quotidiennement au support aux utilisateurs de la GMAO ( Gestion des droits er paramétrage de la GMAO)
  • Estimer les charges et planning associés
  • Participer au dévelopement des nouvelles fonctionnalités de la GMAO
