Travel: 50%

  • Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with Midas clients.    
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with assigned accounts, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors and act as liaise between client and internal teams. .
  • Work with Sales and Midas business leaders to perform strategic account planning based on insights, client objectives/KPIs.
  • Own and deliver insights, recommendations, and upsell/resell opportunities to clients.
  • Conducts regular meetings and business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services and assists in development of overall client strategy.  
  • Maintain solid knowledge of Midas capabilities being at ease with answering questions from the Sales team and clients regarding key product functionality and capabilities and service offerings.
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Actively participates in helping to drive incremental revenue in order to meet team and company revenue goals and sharing successes across team members.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively and escalating and managing areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, summarizing and reviewing periodic client HealthCheck, maintenance renewals, terminations, Support tickets, net promoter scores, and other pertinent indicators.
  • Monitor company performance against service level agreements and facilitating mitigation of potential issues.
  • Quote and Contract Request Form generation for software and services as appropriate
  • Communicates with management team to manage bandwidth and workload, ensuring tasks and assignment deadlines are met.

Drives innovation and efficiencies of business opportunities, applying process improvements and/or new systems.

• Acts as the day-to-day operations client contact in order to resolve systems issues and to provide feedback to clients on quality and issues.

• Responsible for keeping the business continuity plan (BCP) updated and executes it as needed.

Bachelor's required

Min 4 years Healthcare exp required in a Senior AM role handling large accounts  

Hospital/Health system contacts pref's
